Antiquing brushes and honing felts are used to achieve matte, honed or antique (aged) surface effects instead of a glossy surface. While the wire-impregnated PT series brushes abrade the surface homogeneously, HN honing felts provide the desired degree of matteness in the 280–1000 range. Preferred in decorative natural stone and marble applications.
